7pm-10pm – With Lou Van Stone

Join us for this wonderful opportunity to learn the secrets of sound.

Discover an amazing way to calm the mind, relax the body and enrich the soul.

Did you know that the nervous system communicates through sound?  Singing has been proven to release feel good chemicals in the brain, such as serotonin and dopamine, to create a wonderful natural high and sense of well-being.  It has been used by many to alleviate stress and help heal physical problems.

Do you want to know more about how your own voice can heal?

On this three hour workshop you will:

* Learn highly effective techniques for healing and relaxation.

* Discover the secrets of toning and sound healing.

* Experience the power of chanting powerful mantras and merging your voice with others.

* Hear to your own true inner voice.

* Receive a live Sound-Bath from Lou featuring ethereal vocals, toning, chimes and other delicious treats for your ears.

* Lie back, relax, tune in and bliss out!

Lou Van Stone has many years experience as a devotional singer, sound healer and vocal coach.  Her life has been transformed by sound and she is passionate about giving this gift to others.

“It is my life’s mission to bring people a sense of well-being and calm, to wrap them in a beautiful cloak of sound and to bathe them in all the divine healing colours that music creates.  I am committed to taking people to that space of silence and perfection that exists in all of us, a space beyond the chattering of the mind.”

You don’t need any singing or musical experience, all voices are welcome – all voices are beautiful.

Why not give yourself a pre-easter gift.  ‘Singing For Serenity’ feels as good as eating ten easter eggs, but without the calories!
