So many people say they want Freedom…

So many people say they want Freedom – if this is also you – do you really?

A very simple and powerful question you can ask your self is:
“What do I really want, deeper than anything else what do I really want?

When we ask and answer this question truthfully we see what may be driving our behaviours, our desires, and our initial longing on the surface.

If you would like to receive a short list of questions from me to support you in this inquiry, I will share them below this video  – so much love beloveds ~ Yantra-ji

You say you want Freedom – do you really !!

What do you really want?

Let us first ask ourself – what does Freedom mean to me?

Is it ‘Freedom From’ something – from past, from pain, from relationship, from suffering, from circumstance, from scarcity?

Freedom from in the areas of our health, wealth, relationships, spirituality.

Or is it ‘Freedom to’ – free to give, to love, to be, to choose, to have, to create, to lead? Freedom to have the life of our dreams, our desires, our longings fulfilled.

If I were to have either freedom from or freedom to – what would this really give me?
A sense of what?
A feeling of what?
A position of what?

If I didn’t have that, what would I have to face or feel?

And

If I did have that, what might it be designed to cover or give me?

Is what I say I want designed to get or give me something else or is it designed to avoid something?

So once again asking if I had that – then what – what do I really want?

This is a useful to ask as the starting point of inquiry, regarding anything that we say we want, when we scratch the surface, when we investigate deeper, we discover what may be driving our behaviours, our strategies, our desires, our needs and our values.

It calls us to be ruthlessly honest with ourselves, so there is clarity and alignment in our lives.

What do you discover – I’d really love to hear and whether this inquiry is useful to you ?

~ with love Yantra-ji 🙏
